How it Works

1. Price Beat Guarantee applies to all vehicle quotes provided by Motorscout.com.au, excluding manufacturers with fixed price models.
2. Dealer quote must be presented before the quote request is sent out to our network.
3. Price will only be beaten on prices available to the general public from dealers incorporated and registered within Australia. All prices must be in Australian dollars.
4. If you find a cheaper price, you must provide a full copy of the dealers quote with the dealership letterhead, which must also include the quote reference number. The full dealer terms & conditions must displayed and must all be like for like with the MotorScout quote in order to offer a price beat.
5. The Price Beat Guarantee will be valid against the initial dealer quote only. We will not enter into an ongoing price negotiation.
6. Where we believe there to be an erroneous quote displayed by a dealer or that the price offered is no longer available to purchase, we have 1 (one) full business day to investigate the pricing. If at this point we prove the price to be invalid/incorrect or unavailable for the same vehicle specifications the best Motor Scout price will be offered.
7. If Motor Scout is able to confirm that the quote is still available as per the dealer price we will not only match the price but guarantee to BEAT IT!
8. Price Beat Guarantee is not applicable on any demonstrator models or end of year model run-outs.
9. If, for some reason, we are unable to beat a genuine dealer quote based on the conditions outlined - we’ll give you $100 Coles & Myer Gift Card.
